Quick response time to my inquiry. Matt worked around my schedule to come out and evaluate my roof. My flashing was coming up and he came up with the best option to make the necessary repair as well as make it blend in with the rest of the roof! I had another company before OneSource who did a terrible job and did not resolve my problem, actually made it look worse. Matts roofer worker did an amazing job, he even noticed another problem around one of the pipes and he took care of that too. Even though it was a small job, he gave it the same attention as I'm sure he would for a big job. Matt at OneSource has earned my business, and I will definitely call him for future roof needs. Matt and his team are incredible - We had a interior leak from the roof and contacted several roofing contractors who had no interest in diagnosing the root issue and just wanted a quick fix and a big pay day (replacing the entire roof). Matt took the time to really figure out what was causing the leak and his team spent a lot of time determining the issue. Once they found the cause of the leak, they scheduled the repair quickly and finished the job so efficiently! Matt helped not only with roof replacement but also with coordinating related few repairs around the property that were damaged by the weather. The crew was prompt, and Matt/Cesar kept me duly informed at each step of the roof replacement work. He also helped me with a list of few homes in the area that had the roof colors I was interested in so I could visualize the color choice better. All that to say, I found OneSource Roofing to be a good partner in the process from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.
