About OneSource Roofing and Restoration

Our aim is to be the one and only source for all things that fit into the roofing and restoration sphere. We exist to not just make the process simple for local homeowners but to be a company that can be trusted in an industry that isn’t. Our processes include integrity, our work is quality, our products are the best in the industry, and our team is friendly and knowledgeable.

The DFW, Texas area is a hotbed of hail storms, wind storms, and even tornado-embedded storms. After a severe weather event, there will be 12,000 unlicensed roofing contractors all trying to vie for your business. Unfortunately, this means there will be attempted fraud and empty promises at the homeowners’ expense. Trust OneSource Roofing and Restoration as your go-to roofer in Frisco, TX and the surrounding area to assist with all of the roofing and restoration work you need, from top to bottom! Call us at 682-372-7221 if you’re ready to learn more about how we can help you.

Our Process

STEP 1: Inspection

Our detailed, professional inspections typically last about 30 minutes, but the actual time depends on how much damage we find. On your roof, we will look at the shingles, vents, flashings, and all penetrations.

Outside of the roof (unless otherwise noted), we will do a full storm property inspection. In the case of a severe storm, there are often other items that are damaged. These items often include (but are not limited to): Gutters, Downspouts, Windows, Fences, HVAC Equipment, Garage Doors, and Siding.

STEP 2: Documentation

We photo-document each and every inspection, regardless of whether find damage or not. We will provide a detailed PDF report of what we find, which will go one of two ways.

  1. No damage (peace of mind)
  2. Damage (you can visually see the problem and understand why something needs to be done)

STEP 3: Discussion

If there is no damage, great. You will have a report for your files (or to show a buyer if you are selling your house). If there is damage, we can discuss what needs to happen next, whether that means a repair or replacement. If it’s an insurance claim, we will discuss the latest Texas laws and make sure the contract executed is fully legal and compliant.

Our goal is to partner our expertise with your needs so both parties feel confident about moving forward.

STEP 4: Work Begins

Once a contract is executed, we will schedule a time to begin the work. If it is only a roof repair, we will schedule a day and time that our repair technician can complete the roof. If it is a replacement, the project typically lasts one or two days, and we will inform you of all the details you will need to prepare.

If there are other trades involved, the project may take weeks to months, often depending on how many trades are involved, how efficient your insurance company is, and whether materials are available. But regardless of what is needed, we will communicate with you every step of the way.

Your Neighborhood Roofer

In an industry full of storm chasers and unlicensed contractors, it can be difficult to know who to trust. That is why it’s important to know who you do business with. We DO NOT go to Amarillo, Houston, or Oklahoma City when the next big storm arrives. We are committed to the area we are familiar with, which means we operate exclusively in DFW, Texas. Hopefully, this gives you peace of mind as you decide on a roofer in Frisco, TX or the surrounding area. If you’re ready to begin work, we invite you to reach out to us at 682-372-7221.
